We are still new to all of this. And it has been a while since any event in this game has required a full linkshell scale event to complete. While saying that we are going to be getting better soon.
As such. If everyone could please post a list of their completed / stage 4 relics that they are planning to upgrade to 99 that would be most helpful. That way we can get a kind of plan rolling.
